The insurance excludes expenses related to childbirth, ectopic pregnancy, ongoing prenatal care, routine treatments or tests, follow-ups, genetic consultations, and pregnancy complications, including childbirth.

Renewal of Tour & Care Tourist insurance for another period will be subject to the approval of Harel under the conditions and insurance premiums that exist at that time.
The renewal is subject to filling out a new application in advance and in writing, including a health declaration and subject to medical underwriting.
It is clarified that at the end of the insurance period as defined in the insured's insurance details page, the insurance will not be automatically renewed.

ניתן לבקש לחדש את תקופת הביטוח לתקופה נוספת. חידוש תקופת הביטוח יהיה בכפוף לאישור הראל, בתנאים ובדמי ביטוח הקיימים באותה העת בהראל, ובכפוף למילוי חדש מראש ובכתב של בקשה להצטרפות כולל הצהרת בריאות וחיתום רפואי. מובהר, כי בתום תקופת הביטוח כפי שהוגדרה בדף פרטי הביטוח של המבוטח, לא יוארך הביטוח מאליו.
השירותים יינתנו באמצעות ספקי השירות במערך הפרטי של הראל או בקופת חולים מכבי או בקופת חולים כללית, בהתאם לבחירת המבוטח בבקשה להצטרף לביטוח.

ביטוח תיירים Tour & Care לא מקנה כיסוי להוצאות הריון ו/או לידה ו/או הריון מחוץ לרחם ו/או הוצאות בגין טיפולים/בדיקות שגרתיות שוטפות או מעקב טרום הריון ו/או ייעוץ גנטי ו/או סיבוכי הריון לרבות שמירת הריון, ו/או לידה הכיסוי יינתן בהתאם לתנאי הפוליסה וחריגיה.
ספק שירות קופת חולים מכבי - בכל בעיה רפואית המבוטח פונה לקבלת שירות רפואי בקופת חולים מכבי. השירות הרפואי יינתן על ידי הצגת דרכון ומספר חבר בקופה אותו יקבל המבוטח בעת הצירוף לביטוח.
ספק שירות קופת חולים כללית - בכל בעיה רפואית המבוטח פונה לקבלת שירות רפואי בקופת חולים כללית במרפאת האם. יש להצטייד בכרטיס חבר לצורך קבלת טיפול רפואי.
ספק שירות הראל - בהראל יש לפנות לספקי שירות הרפואיים הנמצאים בהסדר של הראל.
יש ליצור קשר עם מוקד השירות של הראל בטלפון 2735* , לצורך הזמנת כרטיס חבר.
יש לפנות למרפאת האם בקופת החולים לצורך רכישת כרטיס חבר בעלות סמלית.
עבור עובדים זרים - השירותים יינתנו באמצעות שירותי הבריאות של קופת חולים כללית / קופת חולים מכבי .
עבור תיירים - השירותים יינתנו באמצעות ספקי השירות במערך הפרטי של הראל או באמצעות שירותי הבריאות של קופת חולים כללית או באמצעות מכבי שירותי בריאות.
במידה והעובדת הזרה מועסקת בארץ למעלה מ- 9 חודשים במצטבר והיא נכנסה להיריון לאחר שהחלה תקופת הביטוח, היא תהא זכאית לקבל את הטיפולים הרפואיים הניתנים במסגרת סל הבריאות.
ניתן לבטח תייר עד גיל 75.
