Generally, in order to allow you exercising your insurance rights, we recommend that you check your eligibility with (or receive guidance from) your insurance agent, before applying to any professionals.
The process of receiving treatment is handled by the insured clients' Information Center, active 24 hours a day, which provides solutions in the medical cases covered by the insurance policy.
What to do?
If you are in need of medical care that is covered by your insurance policy, you should contact (by a toll free phone call) the insured clients' Information Center, which is active 24 hours a day, to receive assistance with the following matters:
Assistance with locating providers of medical services
Issuance of financial obligation letters to hospitals
Provision of general information about eligibility upon occurrence of an insured event

What happens next?
By applying to a service provider, you can receive the covered medical services, free of charge.
If you need hospital treatment, the Information Center will issue for you a financial obligation letter to the hospital, which you will have to present when you arrive at the hospital.
